York College is hitting the road this summer on a tour they’ve dubbed SpartaNation. Two staff members (Assistant Director of Alumni Relations Kristin Summers Schab ‘04 and Assistant Director of the Annual Fund Jessie Reick ‘08) will head out in a van on June 10 and travel to 16 cities in 21 days. Along the way, they’ll touch base with as many alumni as possible through a number of different events.

Two staff members (Assistant Director of Alumni Relations Kristin Summers Schab ‘04 and Assistant Director of the Annual Fund Jessie Reick ‘08) will head out in a van on June 10 and travel to 16 cities in 21 days. Along the way, they’ll touch base with as many alumni as possible through a number of different events.
Their schedule includes stops in Philadelphia, with a meeting at the Liberty Bell, followed by a hunt for the best cheesesteak in the city; Morristown, N.J., for a community service project and BBQ at Homeless Solutions, Inc; Mystic, Conn., for a tour of the Mystic Seaport Museum and cruise on the steamboat Sabino; and Boston, for a tour of the Samuel Adams Brewery.
