Political science professor, Peru native runs for school board

Julio Javier Aguayo, assistant professor of political science, has thrown his hat in the ring as a candidate for the York City School Board. Andy Shaw of the York Dispatch interviewed him about what he brings to the table as a Peru-born bilingual candidate.
